Please note that all date/time estimates listed on this site are approximations only and may be impacted by COVID, customs delays, national holidays and rules/regulations associated with local governments & postal/courier services. We are not liable for any such delivery delays.
Refer to each item’s listing for required handling time, which is in addition to delivery times. The following are estimates of Auspost delivery times (applies to all products excluding rugs):
- Australia Standard: approx. 3-5 business days
- Australia Express: approx. 1-2 business days
- International Standard: approx. 14-21 business days, only available for select destinations
- International Courier: We use UPS, Please contact us at [email protected] to organize a quote.
Whist we will do everything we can to ensure that your products are delivered safely and in a timely manner, we are not liable for goods that are damaged/lost/stolen during transit and delivery. We encourage you to purchase additional shipping insurance to provide cover for items lost or damaged during transit.
You will be given the option to purchase additional insurance to cover product replacement costs via email, following order placement. Insurance cover costs will mirror Auspost's (or alternate providers') costs.
Where items are insured, any shipment loss/damage becomes the liability of Australia Post or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion.
DUTIES & TAXES
The buyer is responsible for paying any and all import / customs duties, charges and taxes (including VAT/GST) that may be levied by some destination countries on receipt of goods. During the shipment transit period, please keep an eye out for postal carrier communications via email, phone or post, as they will be in contact to collect any required payment prior to delivery. (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folders too!) Please note that any failure to pay the carrier in a timely manner may lead to non-delivery, the package being treated as abandoned by customs, or returned to sender; we are not financially liable for refunding, replacing or resending any products in these instances.
