All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to arrange a replacement. In the event that a replacement is not possible (eg. for one-of-a-kind original paintings or out-of-stock products), a refund will be issued.
All claims pertaining to damage (including damage from shipment) must be asserted in writing with supporting evidence within 2 days of receipt of the product, or such claims are waived in perpetuity.
Whist we will do everything we can to assist in these rare events, unless you have opted for additional shipping insurance cover we are not liable for goods that are damaged/ lost/ stolen during transit and delivery. Where items are insured, any loss/damage to the shipment becomes the liability of Australia Post or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion.
