PRINTS: All prints are sent via Australia Post in a sturdy cardboard tube. Prints are made to order. We aim to deliver domestic orders within 10-15 business days and international orders within 10-20 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & INSURANCE: Quoted price is for standard shipping only (most economical option). We are not liable for loss of packages through the international postal system. To opt for Insurance to cover the value of your order, please add shop item 'International Insurance Cover' to your cart.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All original artworks are wrapped in protective packaging and securely packed into in a sturdy cardboard container. Great care is taken to ensure that paintings arrive to their forever homes safely. We aim to deliver domestic orders within 5-10 business days and international orders within 10-15 business days.
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY: Express handling and postage is available, please add the 'Express Me' item to your cart to opt for this service. We aim to deliver EXPRESS PRINT orders within 5-10 business days and EXPRESS ORIGINAL orders within 2-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by national holidays.

DUTIES & TAXES
Delivery costs do not include import duties and/or any local taxes or charges incurred at some destinations. These are payable by the buyer on receipt of goods.
We do our best to accurately depict original works and prints on the site, but due to widely ranging screen, monitor and browser variations we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies which may occur between the received product and their online digital representations.
The artist retains exclusive copyrights, including reproduction rights, of all artwork and content, both physical and published on this site. For licencing permission or queries, please contact the artist directly.
All original works (including framing) are sold “as is” and all sales are final. All original works are lovingly handcrafted by Nathalia and are imperfectly perfect in their execution (this may mean that pencil marks, dust, scratches, brush hairs, the odd finger print and occasional cat hair may very well feature on a masterpiece).
Unless otherwise noted, most originals are painted on 3mm thick primed & sealed composite board (such as MDF) or plywood using high quality fine art materials. If uncradled, all boards larger than 300mm dimension are finished both sides for optimum ‘balance’ and to prevent warping; despite our best efforts some deflection can occur.

Frames are personally sourced by the artist. In the case of new timber frames, natural variations in the wood colour and grain can occur. Where works are framed in ‘retro’ or 'refinished' frames, please note that minimal wear and tear is notable and has been deemed as suitable for its age. 'Refinished' frames are hand painted or sprayed by the artist.
Please Note: All original artworks are intended to be displayed indoors only; out of high moisture/heat environments and direct sunlight. It is recommended that unframed works be framed for optimum display and to keep the artwork protected. If required, the artwork may be dusted with a very light hand and clean, dry, scratchproof cloth - we suggest this is kept to a minimum and that embellishment (eq. glitter, gold leaf etc) are carefully avoided. Once handed over, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the integrity of the work is maintained.
All sales are final. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within 5 days (preferably sooner) of receipt of the product or such claims are waived in perpetuity. All returns are to be shipped back to the artist at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
PRINTS: In the case of prints, please note any damage incurred by postal services will not be refunded. Please contact us to arrange a replacement if applicable.
TSHIRTS: Please check provided sizing and garment measurement information carefully before purchasing, as returns are only accepted on apparel deemed faulty. We strongly recommend measuring a similar item in your wardrobe as a benchmark. Please keep in mind that if you like your tshirt tight/snug/fitted, it will affect how the print appears. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods via email, if you believe you have received a faulty garment. Once assessed and at our discretion, we will replace the item for an identical item or issue a store credit for the original value of the item, redeemable in the onine store - no cash refunds.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All original works are sold “as is” and all sales are final. Original works are shipped with insurance to cover the item’s purchased value. Any shipment damage becomes a liability of Australia Post or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion. We are not liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.
