Please note that all date/time estimates listed on this site are approximations only and may be affected by COVID, national holidays and rules / regulations associated with local post offices.
Refer to each item’s listing for required handling time, which is in addition to delivery time.
- Australia Standard: Auspost delivery times are approx. 3-5 business days
- Australia Express: Auspost delivery times within Australia are approx. 1-2 business days
- International Standard: Auspost delivery times vary and are approx. 14-21 business days
- International Express: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an express quote. Personalised shipping / courier solutions are available to suit your specific needs.
DUTIES & TAXES
Delivery costs do not include import duties and/or any local taxes or charges incurred at some international destinations. These are payable by the buyer on receipt of goods.
We do our best to accurately depict original works and prints on the site, but due to widely ranging screen, monitor and browser variations we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies which may occur between the received product and their online digital representations.
The artist retains exclusive copyrights, including reproduction rights, of all content published on this site. For licencing permission or queries, please contact the artist directly.
All original works (including framing) are sold “as is” and all sales are final.
All original works are handmade and as such they are imperfectly perfect, please refer to photos for details.

*CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK:
All original artworks are intended to be displayed indoors only; out of high moisture/heat environments and direct sunlight. It is recommended that unframed works be framed for optimum display and to keep the artwork protected. If required, the artwork may be dusted with a very light hand and clean, dry, scratchproof cloth - we suggest this is kept to a minimum and that embellishment (eq. glitter, gold leaf etc) are carefully avoided to prevent marring.
Original Art Masks
All original artworks are intended to be displayed indoors only; out of high moisture, heat and grease environments and out of direct sunlight. Air dry clay is structurally more delicate than kiln-fired clay and needs to be handled with care. Please be gentle when moving the masks around and especially careful not to knock bits that protrude from the mask face (like ears, horns, moustaches etc). We strongly suggest wall hanging the mask straight away, using a trusty hook and nail (removable hooks are strongly discouraged) – please note the masks have not been engineered to be safely bench/shelf mounted, unless otherwise stated. If required, the artwork may be dusted very lightly with a clean, dry, scratchproof cloth. We suggest this is kept to a minimum and that embellishments (eq. glitter, metallic foils/leaf etc) are carefully avoided. Avoid touching the silver/gold metallic foil components of embellished artworks (these are very delicate) to prevent marring.
All sales are final. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within 2 days of receipt of the product or such claims are waived in perpetuity. All returns are to be shipped back to the artist at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
PRINTS: In the case of prints, please note any damage incurred by postal services will not be refunded. Please contact us to arrange a replacement if applicable.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All original works are sold “as is” and all sales are final. Original works are shipped with insurance to cover the item’s purchased value. Any shipment damage becomes a liability of Australia Post or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion. We are not liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.
